Smokey Joe's Jerky seasoning was created so you can make authentic American style jerky at home using prime Australian meat. Use with beef, wild game, poultry, fish, or any meat of your choice. Each pack of seasons up to 8kg of meat
Simply mix 50gr of seasoning with 1/4 cup soy sauce & 1/4 cup worstershire sauce, place in a zip lock bag and into the fridge for up to 24 hours, turning over occasionly to ensure all the meat is marinated
Then place into a dehydrator for 4-6 hours depending the thickness of the meat or to your desired finish.
