Following our recent trip to greece I was inspired to develop the perfect all-purpose Greek seasoning, experimenting with various ingredients and flavours, i think i have made it And now I’m going to share ny special blend with you!
 
This is a perfect blend to use in any recipe that calls for Greek seasoning, or as an all-purpose spice blend perfect on pork or lamb, even roast potatoes.  
This blend is what i use on my meat when using the souvla to make an incredible absolutely fabulous Souvlaki or Gyros which you will love
