Pig 'N" Poultry Brine Mix
Smokey Joes Pig 'N' Poultry brine mix is balanced blend of selected herbs, spices & maple to create a wonderful taste when brining chicken or pork
Directions
- Deslove 1/2 cup of brine mix in 1 litre of warm water
- Add 1 Litre cold water
- Add product to the solotion once cold
- Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
- Remove from Brine Solution, rinse and pat dry.
- Season with your favorite Smokey Joe's Rub or seasoning
- Cook to to your liking & enjoy!!
