  • Deslove 1/4 cup of brine mix in 1 litre of cold water

    Add 1 Litre cold water

    Add product to the solotion

    Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.

    Remove from Brine Solution, rinse and pat dry.

    Season with your favorite Smokey Joe's Rub or seasoning

    Cook to to your liking & enjoy!!
