Red gum is a very dense hard wood with a strong smoke flavour. Its an excellent fuel source with a long burn time.
Chunks are best used in mid-sized smokers and BBQs, such as kettle BBQs, bullet smokers and Kamado style cookers.
Where possible, we source our wood from pesticide free orchards, therefore there may be some evidence of insect damage on some of our wood
