smoked mac n cheese

Take your mac n cheese to a whole new level with the easiest & tastiest way to make mac n cheese . there is no even need to boil noodles, you cook it all on your smoker -

and it's probably the cheesiest and most delicious mac & cheese you've ever tried...

what you need: - 350gr macaroni (uncooked)

- 450gr grated gouda cheese

- 225gr grated cheddar

- 225 gr grated mozzarella - 4 cups milk - 1 can cream of mushroom soup - 2 teaspoons Smokey Joe's Honey Hog seasoning (or bee sting if you liker some heat) - 1 tablespoon seeded mustard - 1 cup panko crumbs & 2 tablespoons meted butter (optional)

what to do: 1. Heat smoker to 350f /180c and set up for indirect cooking. 2. Place all ingredients (aside from the panko crumbs) in a foil tray / dish or Dutch oven & mix well.

3. Place in the smoker and allow to cook, after 30 minutes, open the smoker and stir well to ensure everything is melting and incorporated. Place back on smoker and continue to smoke for an additional 30 minutes. 4. After 60 minutes pasta should be soft and the dish should have the desired texture. (If not, continue to cook for an additional 15-30 minutes as needed). 5. Stir mac and cheese well

6. Mix panko crumbs and melted butter and top, mac n cheese, place back on smoker to allow to brown.

Remove from smoker and serve hot and bubbly!
